The use of alcohol in the preparation of a dish in a restaurant in Dubai was very recently announced the banned newspaper “The National” Monday, March 22, 2010, but the municipality has decided to reverse its decision. Now leaders of major restaurants and hotels of the city of Dubai will be informed of the use of alcohol in the preparation of their dishes, as they already do with non-halal.
