The wine glass is increasingly demanded by consumers in restaurants, according to a survey done in summer 2009 to establish FranceAgrimer. While we may see a decline in overall sales of wine in these establishments, which still averaged 2.6% in 2009. The survey reveals that almost half (47%) of restaurateurs have noticed that their sales on wine remained equivalent, particularly through the development of forms of retail and glass. The wine of Bordeaux is the wine most ordered, followed by champagne and rosé wines of Provence and the Rhone Valley.
