Our view: The nectar of this bottle of red Bordeaux wine appellation Craves 2005 vintage, this shows quite strong during the attack (in the mouth) and takes long.

The opinion of professionals: The Graves, produced by the Areas of Mette Portets to the Gironde, is bottled at the Château Prieuré even-les-Tours. It is aged in oak casks which naturally complements its finesse and quality. It is a wine to taste and enjoy absolutely in a festive family gathering or friends.
The whole is more successful with an entry mouth affirmed. Tannins a little aggressive but present. Very good wine that reflects the name.
Denomination of Origin Controlled Graves
This is one of Bordeaux vineyards par excellence. Its history goes back a long time since it is already known in Roman times: the agronomist Columella already said “a wine bearing long and just became better after a few years.”
The name of Graves, however, appears in the Middle Ages: it serves to name the areas upstream from Bordeaux, between the left bank of the Garonne and the Landes plateau.
Later, Sauternes specializes to be a separate area devoted to sweet.
The name “Bass” from the nature of the soil consists of a variety of leftover stones (pebbles and gravel). The name for the Graves and Graves superiors.
