Red Wine – AOC Côtes de Provence – Chateau Sainte Roseline – 2007 Chateau des Demoiselles

This red wine from Provence is a beautiful discovery for me. It is always retissant out of the red Burgundy or Bordeaux, but it is a pleasant surprise. it is a wine in the mouth rather round, supple and lightweight but still indicates a certain power. Its color and pulling a purple violet. His nose is quite fruity and make us think of herbs typical of Provence elsewhere. It will be fun to drink with grilled example.
