Pernod Ricard has announced the sale of its securities of the Spanish Ambrosio Velasco Diego Zamora. Amount of the transaction: EUR 33.1 million (excluding debt).

Ambrosio Velasco manufactures in other Pacharan Zoco alcohol and wine Navarre Palacio de la Vega. Originally also Spain, Diego Zamora group is in turn the owner of the liquor Licor 43 and Villa Massa Limoncello.
