To prevent fraud, abuse aging bottles of wine sold Australian researchers have developed a test to carbon 14, which will identify the exact vintage of our noble beverage. Fraud represent 5% of bottles of wines currently on the market. The only hitch is that this method is very expensive and requires equipment “heavy” investment and use.
